BPR Interview with Gunnar Deatherage
Project Runway All-Star designer, Gunnar Deatherage talks about his experience on the show.
A highlight:
BPR: You have been a lot of fun to watch this season. What did you do to prepare for the show?
GD: I went shopping, and that was about it. I haven't sewn in about two years. I took a full-time job as the creative director and fashion editor of a magazine in Louisville. It's more about styling. Honestly on the show, I just tried to be myself.
BPR: Please tell us more about the magazine.
GD: It's an Arts & Philanthropy magazine called NFocus Louisville, so, every month I do covers and fashion spreads. It allows me to do creative shoots all the time. As much as I love designing, I really love styling. I create the sets, choose the models, the hair, the accessories. I love it.
BPR: Who is your best friend from the cast?
GD: Definitely Michelle. I actually think I am going to shoot her lookbook later this month.

BPR Interview with Benjamin Mach
Project Runway All-Star designer, Benjamin Mach, talks about his experience on the show.
A highlight:
BPR: When did you live in London and what did you do there?
BM: I lived in London for about 10 years, I was about 24 or 25 when I moved there. I had a wonderful time. I actually worked at some of the fabric stores in Soho that we visited. I also worked for Marchesa when they were in their start-up phase and I worked for a luxury menswear line. This was some of the best experience that I had in the industry. We showed in Paris twice a year. I also went on tour with Cliff Richard, who is like the Elvis Presley of the UK. I did all of the costumes for one of his tours. I had a great time.
BPR: So, you knew Georgina Chapman?
BM: I met Georgina and her business partner, Karen, in London, in one of the fabric stores where I worked. I was kind of mesmerized by them and we began to talk. I let them know that I was available to help and that's how it all began.
BPR: Who is your best friend from the cast?
BM: It is interesting. Going in I felt closest to those from my own season, but I actually became very close with Helen Castillo. I am having coffee with her later today.

Happy Anniversary Project Runway!
Our favorite show premiered ten years ago today!
I was eagerly waiting for the first episode and loved it from the very start, but I didn't know anyone else who watched.
An online search revealed no website devoted exclusively to Project Runway. There were reality-television sites and fashion sites that included recaps - not always kind recaps - but nothing for devoted fans of the show. The Bravo network website was barely functioning. It's hard to imagine now, but the internet was much smaller.
I had a personal blog and I knew just enough to get started so I decided I would try to reach some other fans of the show.
Tbone (Patrick) and The Scarlett (Sue Ellen) joined me very quickly and we have been a team ever since. We consider BPR to be a clearinghouse for information about the show and the designers. We also consider BPR to be a community of fans. Thank you for joining us!
