It's been a long time since we've used this title for a post, hasn't it? More than a year after Jeffrey Sebelia was named the winner of Season 3 of Project Runway (you remember Jeffrey, don't you?), tonight we welcome Heidi, Tim, Nina, MK and 15 new designers into our homes for the premiere of Season 4.

This one has a completely different feel. Goodbye Macy's, hello Bluefly. So long to the beloved Atlas and greetings to the New Gotham (which, by the way, is a much longer walk to the Parsons workroom). Here's the plan tonight at BPR:
