BPR Interview with Project Runway All-Stars Champion, Dmitry Sholokhov

Season Four All-Stars Champion, Dmitry Sholokhov, talks to BPR about the finale and his his plans for the future.

A highlight:

BPR:  Did you see the marijuana leaf in your fall design? 

DS: Not at all!  I did not see it until Zanna pointed it out.  I saw it as sort of a flower.

BPR:  Do you see it now?

DS:  Yes, but if you look at the actual leaf, it is different.

BPR:  Now that you are a two-time winner - have you designed anything for Alyssa,  Heidi, or Nina to wear?

DS:  I designed a dress for Alyssa and she will be wearing it at the Reunion.

BPR Interview with Sonjia Williams

Project Runway All-Star Finalist, Sonjia Williams talks about her experience on the show.

A highlight:

BPR: When you walked on to the set and saw the other designers, who did you believe would be your biggest competition? 

SW: I automatically went to Fabio and Dmitry. They are from my season, I know them and I know what they are capable of. I mean of course the other designers are equally as talented, but I am more familiar with the work of Fabio and Dmitry. 

BPR: Which was your favorite challenge? 

SW: London. Definitely. I love outerwear, so I really enjoyed that challenge.

Project Runway All-Star finalist, Dmitry Sholokhov, talks about his experience on the show.

A highlight:

BPR: What can we look forward to in the finale? 

DS: Oh the finale will be amazingly interesting and insanely crazy because we only had four days to create an eight-piece collection and the collection had to incorporate the four seasons. Basically we had five hours per piece. 

 BPR: What are you working on now? 

DS: Well, I started teaching at Parsons. I graduated from Parsons and now I am teaching seniors. I have 16 students so I am working with 16 collections.

 BPR:  How is the all-star experience different from the regular season for you?

HC:  Honestly, it wasn't really any different.  I was lucky to go into the seasons practically back to back and I didn't have time to examine what happened or to prepare for like, "what will I do if we have this kind of challenge or that kind of challenge?"  I just knew that I didn't want to come across as a mean girl!
