Hi BPR!
We were not allowed to use fur in our collections. I am assuming the garment in question is the small jacket over the long lace dress. It is made of marabou feathers that come as a dense fringe. I sewed the fringe in rows on a fabric background. Even up close Tim couldn't figure out if it was fur or not, or how it was made. It does look very furry but it's definitely feathers.
