TVShowsOnDVD.com have posted an exclusive first look at the Project Runway Season 3 box art that promises "15 Never-Before-Seen Extended Episodes". The last we checked, it's still not available for pre-sale on Amazon, although the release date is still listed as November 6. As usual, no official announcement yet from Bravo. What's taking so long?
